Twenty three years ago, my world certainly changed when I left teaching to become a Realtor.
My kids adjusted to their mom’s 24/7 schedule by mastering the microwave.
I became a rescue dog lover.
I earned my Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) designation,
then joined the global team of professionals at Engel & Völkers.
And, I surpassed my personal goals – thanks to repeat clients and referrals,
and without compromising my integrity or sense of humour.
(Although my kids may dispute that last one.)
I then received my Engel & Völkers Private Office designation –
another level of excellence I can offer to my clients.
After twenty-three years in Real Estate, a few things remain unwavering –
my fight against homelessness, my love of Halifax,
and my ability to zero in on what’s truly important to my clients.
I call that my Nesting Instincts.
We live in the original Armcrescent farmhouse – once surrounded by fields and cows.
It was love at first sight, and the nest I’d been holding out for.
That feeling of finding the home equivalent of a soul mate is why I do what I do.
And trust me, I know this current market is daunting.
Call me for a little clarity, and guidance with your next steps.
Put my Nesting Instincts to work!
